We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Eidolon Home AI products.

1. Digital products

All Eidolon Home AI products are digital software delivered via download. Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, the following policy applies:

Before download

If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

After download

If you have downloaded the software and experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product as described, we will first attempt to resolve the issue with you. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will offer a refund on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will generally not be granted if: your hardware does not meet the published minimum system requirements, the product works as described but does not meet your personal expectations, or more than 14 days have passed since purchase.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

3. Refund method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

4. License deactivation

Upon issuing a refund, your license for the refunded product will be deactivated. You will no longer be able to use the software on any machine.

5. Pre-purchase recommendation

We strongly encourage you to check the system requirements before purchasing. If you’re unsure whether your hardware is compatible, contact us before buying — we’re happy to help you check.
