These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the eidolonhub.com website and the Eidolon Home AI software products sold by Blacknode Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and licensing
Eidolon Home AI products are digital software sold under a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. When you purchase a product, you receive a license to install and use the software on the number of machines specified by your license type.
Standard license: Installation on 1 machine.
Kickstarter backer license: Installation on up to 5 machines.
Each installation is tied to a hardware fingerprint. You may remove a machine from your account to free up a license slot for a different machine.
2. Permitted use
You may: use the software for personal, educational, or commercial purposes; generate content (text, images, video, music) using the software for any lawful purpose; install updates provided through your account dashboard.
You may not: redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your license key; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; circumvent or disable the license activation system; use the software for any unlawful purpose.
3. Content ownership
Content you create using Eidolon Home AI (conversations, images, videos, music, documents) belongs to you. We claim no ownership or rights over content generated by the software on your hardware.
4. Payment and pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Payment is processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. UK sales are currently VAT-exempt as Blacknode Ltd is below the £90,000 VAT registration threshold.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware configurations.
Eidolon Medical disclaimer: The Eidolon Medical module is an AI assistant for informational purposes only. It is not a certified medical device, it is not a diagnostic tool, and it should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blacknode Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software.
7. Intellectual property
The Eidolon Home AI software, including all code, documentation, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of Blacknode Ltd. The underlying AI models are used under their respective open-source licenses. Your license grants you the right to use the software, not to own or redistribute it.
8. Account termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: sharing license keys, distributing the software, or circumventing the license system.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our products and services after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
