Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for Eidolon Home AI products.

1. Digital products

All Eidolon Home AI products are digital software delivered via download link after purchase. Because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, the following policy applies.

2. Before download

If you have purchased a product but have not yet downloaded it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

3. After download

If you have downloaded the software and experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product as described, we will first attempt to resolve the issue with you directly.

If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a refund on a case-by-case basis, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds will generally not be granted if:

Your hardware does not meet the published minimum system requirements
The product works as described but does not meet your personal expectations
More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
The license has been activated on more than one machine

4. EU/EEA customers — Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the “cooling-off period”).

However, by completing your purchase and accessing your download, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have purchased but not yet downloaded your product, your right of withdrawal remains intact and you may request a full refund within 14 days.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

Your order number
The email address used at purchase
A brief description of the issue (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

6. Refund method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Stripe). Processing time depends on your bank or card provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

7. License deactivation

Upon issuing a refund, your license for the refunded product will be immediately deactivated. You will no longer be able to use the software on any machine. Continued use of the software after a refund has been issued constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

8. Pre-purchase recommendation

We strongly encourage you to review the system requirements for each module before purchasing. If you are unsure whether your hardware is compatible, contact us before buying — we are happy to check for you.
